Ok, this is probably simple to find.

How do you say 'Hello' in Russian, I mean using our alphabet and how to pronunciate it.

So, how do you say:

Hello
Goodbye
thank you
Cheers

hello: привет
good bye: прощание
Thank you: лагодарность
cheers: ободрять

lol, no, I mean in our alphabet so that we can say it out loud, we dont understand the sounds associated with that

Some of the foreigners have kids of 3 and 4 years old speaking their language. It's not as though only the adult have learned it. Bloody clever if you ask me.
I dated a russian girl whose 4 year old was bi-lingual
she had a russian housekeeper who only spoke the native tongue
way cool to witness the youngster swap languages like crayons

Yeah, I worked with a russian guy and met his kids, totally fluent in both languages. Its great, the brain is very flexible to learning new languages when young.

oh and cynical symian gets it.
I was looking for zdrazvuite for hello and nazdarovia for cheers or to your health! not sure about that spelling, just sounded it out

hello - privyet
goodbye - dasvi-daniya
thank you - spaseeba
cheers - boot-ti zdarovi

I remember the "spaseeba" from an episode of Sex And The City. It was all Carrie could say in an attempt to impress Barishnikov. :)

Hello, or a greeting would be good day. In Polish we say, Dobry dzień (doe bree djen). in Russian, the two words are reversed, according to a Commie I traded watches with during a time of detente.

Galumpki is our most popular dish or well-known dish, which is cabbage rolls stuffed with a sausage, hamburger and rice mixture, normally in a light tomato sauce with a dollop of sour cream on top.

Cucumbers, sliced with a sour cream and dill sauce served cold, fried egg noodles and cabbage. Desserts are normally light sugar cookies and cakes.

Most polish cuisine is similar to Russian, Hungarian and German fare.

pierogi is great, but only homemade. Not those store-bought imitations of food.

I used to eat Mrs. T's pierogies, sometimes with salsa. Had some last weekend with some spaghetti sauce

Try this, after you boil them, toss them with sweet onions, shredded cabbage and some decent smoked sausage in a frying pan until the onions are translucent

The deep fried ones are the best. Do it till they are a little brown on the outside. Amazing.
