Terrible.
I would say disapointed, but I was not expecting very much from this album.

Without Dre's tracks and Eminem's hooks, 50 aint shit.

2 tracks were produced by Dre
 
he makes pop music now, just another washed up rapper that changed his style up once he made doe
 
that song "Touch the sky" on his album is bangin... "I still kill" with Akon is good too.. the rest are garbage, specially tha bubblegum pop shit he's has

the Em track was weak as fuck too
 
that shits funny as fuck.. lol

I ain't even gunna lie though, Cam str8 up bodied himself with that youtube vid of him in pokodot boxers at his vacation home

yea he musta been on serious drugs to do that. i ran into him once shopping at genesis in nyc and he is a really funny dude.

50 got big money so I cant hate, Hip Hop is Hip Hop no matter how you put it.
We need to chill out and respect the music at one point or another .......
 
I love Hip Hop so I dont get into all of the politics that go's with it, but I can say from my Music stand point his 1st album was tight.......

I didnt follow him that far back so I would not know, but I did follow EM because Im from the D. and I can say EM's hottest sh*t was back in the day, he was sick with it.
 
Dre and Em spent lots of time and money of 50's first album just cuz he was new (to the mass audiences, not the underground stuff he did back in the day when he could actually talk)
 
get rich or die trying is an overrated album, 50 can't rap at all and recycles 80%, but he is really good at laying out hooks on good production

yeah I do, and believe it or not Dre and Em only worked with 50 for 4 days on his album (GRODT), the rest was just promotion and shows.

Eminem and Dre barely worked on either of the last two albums...


Who came up with the hooks on Game's album (how we do, westside story, hate it or love it)?? - 50...
Bucks album (bonafide hustler, let me in)
Banks album (on fire)

thats why 50 is so hyped up pop wise, because his hooks are catchy as fuck...

you beleive that Em and Dre spent all that money into a new artist/album they only worked 4 days with 50 on? Especially the first artist signed to Shady Records.

50 worked with dre for 4 days and got 4 tracks out of 8. That is great for Dre cuz he is usually maticulous as a motherfucker.

But 50 said he walked in the studio to find out what Dre already did.
So it didnt take 4 days to do the album, only to 'mix/record' 4 songs to put on the album. Dre has a library of tracks to dish out. 50 was lucky to get the "In da club" track, cuz it was offered to D12 and they were not able to use it.

Ya his hooks are catchy for his pop hits, but that is where his talent stops.

Dre and Em didn't do much on the last 2 albums and it shows.

Get Rich or Die Tryin - [9/10]
The Massacre - [6/10]
Curtis - [3.5/10] for only 1 quick listen
