I think an economical and great thing to do whether cutting or bulking is for one to go to one of those Mongolian BBq's (Flat Wok grill places)
and you pay for one pass through the bar at lunchtime,
but instead of wasting the time on the rice/noodles and veggies,
Cram your bowl full of the meats, maybe a little broccoli, I mean I just pack it with all the beef chicken and turkey they have out, top it with some garlic flavored olive oils or whatever and have them cook it up and put it in a "to go" container.
You will be off with ALOT of great fresh grilled meat to take home and do what you please, its usually at least 3-4 meals each with like 60grams of Protein. I eat it alone but a bag of Rice Costs like 1 $. If your Huge youll probably put them out of business in a couple months but it Worth it. : )
