Just a quick update, I am doing 150mg of EQ every three days. I am in the middle of my fourth week and starting to see some real stregnth improvments. So far I have gained 8 pounds and I am not retaining a drop of water. (I take too much caffine) Body fat is still around 6% My acne actually started to clear up this week if this keeps up I will be zit free (kinda strange) anyway I upped my protein intake to 2grams / pound and things are going great. I have some test200 and I am thinking about working it into the last 4 weeks of the cycle. Will that do me any good. I have not been taking any Noveldex until yesterday when I think I felt a tingle in my tit. I am taking 10mg every morning and don't know if I should up it to 20mg. Is it better to take 10mg every 12 hours or just take the whole 20 at one time? Anyway this is exactly the boost I needed to go into the summer with. Thanks for all the great advise guys. Only problem now is that my protein costs more than my gear did!
