4th week in and need some input, please...

I am doing 400mg eq for ten weeks
and supertest 250 for ten weeks
at week 8 I will start stanzolic @50mgs eod...

now I heard with EQ it helps you get more vascular?? is that true, and if so is there anything that helps aid that?? ie, drinking more water,running more,??

I saw this questioned about a month or so ago but can't do the search thing anymore...

also if I eat less in my cycle like cutting calories much more, would this lean me out more with still gaining musle?? or do I still have to eat every 2 hours and split fat/protien/carbs

for some reason the EQ is not making me hungry that much..I went from eating every 2/3 hours to eating maybe 3 times a day...the meals are still packed on with what I need, but will this hurt my gains any??

As far as the vascularity question, how lean are you. You need to be at a lower bodyfat percentage for vascularity to really show. I know what you're talking about concerning the hunger thing. EQ never increased my hunger either. I would still stick to eating every 2 hours if possible. Lower the carbs and bumb up that protein. Don't eat less, just eat clean.
 
I'm a little confused about the winny part too. If that's all you have, just save it for another cycle.

Also, I would run the eq for at least 12 weeks......provided that you have enough to do that.
 
[email protected]====Thank you for your input, I am not extreamly lean but I am hoping with diet and this cycle I am on it will happen soon...lol..no for real though My last cycle I started I was about 19% after the cycle was done I am now prob about 15%.. about the eating thing..I can't seem to eat when I have no hunger.....I try to eat but the most I push my self to get in every two hours is like a hand full of penuts or a half a burger

liquidmuscle===See that's what I thought but there is this kid I grew up with and he was a fat tard early on in his life, now he is a freakin monster and his veins are thik and he is huge, there is no way he is that big with 10%bf, he stopped working out for a while I think 6months due to injurys so he came back to the gym with a gut and droopy boobs, but once he started to lift his veins where still there boss... big....As for the winny I think I will be doing it for four weeks stanzolic by denkal-50mg/20ml, sorry for the confussion...

so will I still need to eat the same in my diet in order to see true real hard gains with what I am on?
or can I eat only three meals or so a day and snak lightly throught and still get the results??

more input more karma people got enough to go around for days....lol

People say diet is key right so if you lower calorie intake by not realy eating does this work or bad way of thinking?
 
Eat 5-6 good meals throughout the day you are cheating youself when you have 3 big meals and 3 small ones. By eating a bigger meal you loose a lot of essential muscle building compounds due to the fact that our bodies can only process a certain amount of protein what ever is left over is passed through, also carbs will store as fat if too many are eaten at once.
