Okay, for those who have been responding to a few of my other threads about Winney, THANK YOU. Thanks to those responses I'm about 90% positive that the reason my past cycles haven't really been that great is because my diet has been really up and down. I now understand that you get big through your diet and how you work out at the gym, not the juice!

Please look at this stack and tell me if there is anything you would change. My main goal is to stay HUNGRY... I have no problem hitting it hard at the gym... just a hard time keeping my apetite up. My primary goal is to put on about 10lbs of muscle THAT I CAN KEEP. Then lean back down to my current body fat % afterwords. Any suggestions are appreciated.

26, 5ft 10.5in, 180lbs, 12% bf

Weeks 1-5 Dbol 50mg ed
Weeks 1-12 Test E 500mg/wk
Weeks 1-12 Eq 400mg/wk
PCT - HCG and Nolva <--- Solid suggestions there please, I think that's where I screwed up also

I have about 3 weeks worth of Winny I can throw in towards the end to help lose a little water, just not sure where to put it in.

Also, I honestly have no clue how to take in 360g of protein a day without using a TON of Weight Gainer or protein shakes... which I know isn't the best thing to take. I have a trunk full of the BSN Syntha 6, but will I get the squirts if I take in 60g of protein per meal? I think that's the only way for me to get 2g / pound of body weight (360/6 = 60).

well either drop the eq, and get primo, then run test/primo/dbol/var

wk 1-12 test @ 500mg/wk
wk 1-12 primo @ 800-1000mg/wk
wk 1-4 dbol @ 50-75mg ed
wk 9-14 var @ 50-100mg ed
 
it sounds like your problem isnt the aas portion, hop on the diet forum and ask a few questions about protein intake, other than that the cycle looks fine..

just add the winny in

9-12 50mg ED

run an AI throughout, will help keep bloat off

many are suggesting hcg use during cycle, which is what im doing now.. 250-500iu e3-5days or so

then for pct just use nolva or clomid or if you trust it derma
