4th Cycle Advice

Hey what's up? I just thought I would ask some advice from the smart folks here on Elite Fitness. I have done three cycles so far over the past 2 1/2 years. I did a Test 500mg/week and Deca 400mg/week Cycle for my first cycle and got great results and then I did two Test Tren Cycles with okay results. I got better results from injecting twice a week rather than injecting myself everyday. I am pretty busy and just always missed my every day tren shots. I want to do another cycle and step it up a bit and do not want to inject myself everyday. I was wondering if anyone has some advice on what I could add to a Test/Deca Cycle that would help me gain muscle mass while lowering my bf percentage by a few percent.

My stats are 6', 200lbs, 11% bf. I want to gain some more size and lose some body fat.

I appreciate all the advice and thanks in advance.

I'm not a big fan of deca for many reasons. I suggest test, eq, dbol, and winny. Something like this:

week 1-4: dbol 30mg/day
week 1-9: test enanthate 500mg/week
week 10-12: test prop 150mg/EOD
week 1-12: EQ 600mg/week
week 10-14: Winny 50mg/ED

This looks nice, but I would stop the EQ at 11 weeks, and run the test prop up to week 13.
