400mg/Test Enth./Wk

41 yrs old - this is my base and loving it.
What is the minimal amount of Chem/need Liquidex that will at least have an effect on bloat(actually having some facial bloat) I am concerned about my libido though - just looking for opinions.

Bloat is not as critical as gyno. I'd destroy my libido to stop gyno in it's tracks. Start at 0.25 eod and start adjusting from there by 0.125 up if you don't get the results you'd like. Arimidex isn't going to crush your libido overnight. Research chems sometimes are overdosed, sometimes underdosed.

For me 0.5 mg every 3 rd day is solid. Under 500 mgs test a week I dont use any adex, at most once a week with that low dose.

for dex its normally .5 EOD or E3D... most people only need it E3D but some are more preventative and go EOD...
