First post, been reading all I can from here trying to learn as much as I can.
I started my TRT three weeks ago. I am 40, total T was 220. E was 52. Everything else looked ok I think. I am on 200 week Test C, HCG and Arimidex .5 twice a week. I have another round of blood work in two weeks.ds
I am 5'11" and 240lbs with about 25% bf.
I feel much better already than I did three weeks ago. I would like to take advantage of my therapy and change my body comp as well. I know I have to reduce body fat and increase lean mass, but need some help with a plan. I also am recovering from a knee scope and am rehabing that right now as well.
Wish I could have dropped alot of bf before I started, but didn't work out. I am worried my high bf will aromatize the test I am adding.
So, I can't do much cardio until I have rehab'd the knee. I guess it is just alot of upper body lifting and very low cal high protien diet to help shed some pounds?
