Well...here is the cycle:
Anavar 40mg/ed
Winny 50mg/ed
ALA
Creatine 15g/ed
Glutamine 10g/ed
Started:
203 lbs
So Far:
215 lbs
Being eating like an absolute animal:
3500-4000 cal/day
300+ grams of Protein
Strength is unbelievable, hit new peaks I never did before. Body is starting to really shape up (winny is showing strong). My abdominals just starting to show some reducement I guess from the anavar. Last week I cut down the carbs so that my have helped. I have been eating lots of carbs in the morn and then taper off throughout the day. Been drinking LOTS of water which has helped show fullness in the muscles due to the creatine.
Haven't had trouble eating like most people say they do. I usually take Ginger Root before meals ( seems to give me worse gas, lol).
NO sides at all, not even acne. A few headaches during week 1, but not terible. Also have no trouble sleeping like some people report.
One thing that sucks that I haven't heard anyone talk about is my fucking shins KILL after walking around all day long. While I am walking the feel like they are burning and are swollen. They never hurt during cardio though..strange??
Well...cant think of anything else other than I am very happy withe the current results and I am not even done yet so we'll see what plays out.
