Eh bro, my last cycle was a 4 weeker. It was supposed to be a 6 weeker, but I had to cut it short due to a few things that came up and I had no time to even train. Pretty pissed that I had to stop it, but I was more than happy with what happened in 4 weeks. I actually think that 5-6 weeks is a better idea. For instance I found that things really kicked in around wk2 so week 2-6 would have been great.
2 obvious keys when running a cycle this short are .. 1. Use fast acting gear. 2. try to do a training style that hits each body part twice per week. More growths in the shorter period of time. For instance if you do each body part once per week while on the cycle, that will only be 4 growing periods, when doing twice per week, it would be 8. Just takes advantage of the juice to grow more. I use a supersetting style workout and it worked great.
In the 4 weeks that I was on, I gained 8lbs, almost 2 months later I am sitting on 6lbs and am leaner now as well, but a major turn in my diet and have been taking clen. If running a short cycle like that I would pop an oral in there as well like dbol. NPP/Prop/dbol seems like the perfect stack. This is how my cycle was going to be run, but I had to cut it short.
Wk1-6
NPP: 200mg/e3d
Extra Strength Var: 40mg Var/15mg dbol per day
500mg Sust on day 1
250mg Enanthate on day 7, 14, and 21
But I ended up only running it 4 weeks and running only dbol for a few weeks instead of the var/dbol mix, just because I found it to work so much better.
