Here is my intake so far. lunch had 4 chicken breasts the all 12 KK's gone by 2:30

Bar-b-q for mom had 4 hamburgers 4 cheese and bacon filled hot dogs and 3 chicken breasts.

and now i am at my sisters just waiting for the cheesecake to be brought out

I have wasked this down with about 15 ala caps so far and 3 litres of milk

I am so not suprised sounds like you stuffed yourself silly! Need about 10 hours of cardio to burn off one of your cheat days. I feel great by the way and I cheated yesterday but only a little.
