? 4 DNP gurus

I've been doing searches, and searches, and more searches on DNP...and yet I still have no answer to my ?..
I know all the vit/supps that I need to take while on it, and all the precautions, etc...
What I want to know is should I start out with 100mg and then bump up to 2 since I am small ( 5' 117- was 108 before Thanksgiving!And would like to be back there before my vacation in Feb..)
They are capsules so I would also like to know if there are any easy ways of dividing them, besides just eyeballing?
Another , I can't be really sweaty @ work, I work wed-fri.....is it possible to get good results doing 200 on sat-mon, and then 100 tues-fri...then back up to 200 till the following tues??
Or what about 100mg (if I can divide them) a day for 2 weeks...will that yield noticeable results..

from what ive read it CAN cause cataracts in a marginal % of women....thats why you have to take all those vit/mins/and other supps while on it....I appreciate your concern, though!!

how many mg. per cap are they?
assuming they are 200mg. you could take one every 48 hours. due to the half life it shouldn't be a problem.

100mg for two weeks would be fine... the only problem there is if you can stand the sides that long.

I have done about 16 cycles and am kinda used to the sides.
they are easier if you go low dose and also ad e/c/a or e/c/y to the mix.

my wife just did her first dnp cycle and all I had were 300mg. caps so she took one cap every 36 hours (5'9" @ 175 lbs). the cycle lasted 12 days and she lost an 1/2 to 1 inch on all measured body parts (she refuses to do things my way, like bf percentage etc.) and she lost about 6 lbs.
 
200mg will not make you sweat much at all, or at least it should not, at your weight 200mg/ed should yeild some very nice results if you run into any problems at work just tell them you got a flue. cant divide the caps acurately without a precise scale, just take 200mg/ed in the morning, if you dont want to have a trouble sleeping, or at night if you want minimum sweating at work

Obviously someone who either hasn't read about dnp & cataracts, or someone who has and doesn't know what they were looking at. Geez, this myth was busted months ago. Dnp was pulled because they said it caused cataracts in women, although the records show that if anything, taking dnp lessened the chance of cataracts. And I would love to hear all the bad things that dnp 'supposedly' does to women. Since I have done tons of research on it, as have a few other people and we haven't found 'many other bad things' that dnp does to women, or men for that matter.

Imagine that, somebody not taking the government's word on something and reading for themselves.

Anyways...back to the original question at hand...
For your weight I wouldn't go over 100mg/day for at least 7 days. Dnp can really catch up to you. Unfortunately, you will have to eyeball it when you split your caps. That's what I had a girl I know do (btw, she's the same weight), and she never goes above half a cap per day. Sometimes, she does it every other day if she starts feeling too hot.

Anyways, the point is, yes 100mg/day will yield noticeable results. Just be very careful and do your own research.

And btw, what the hell has happened to this board? All I have seen is crap, crap, and crap. It's a shame. :(

sorry bro, i've never heard that before... All I've seen is how it DOES cause cataracts in women... I stand corrected.... Sorry for "not doing my research" even though i have...

The bottom line regarding effects on women is that there isnt one. The cataracts thing may or may not be true, altho I think most of us would like to see the study. None of the 1930's studies said that DNP caused cataracts in men, but they did say it did in women. However, more modern research needs to be done. As for Yum's claim as to other things it could do to women, this could very well be true. The effects DNP has on the male and female reproductive system have not been researched throughly (or really at all), altho it is believed by the scientific community that DNP "May Cause Reproductive Damage". (It's on the MSDS for DNP.) But I would like to hear what some of the gurus on here know about DNP and its effects on the rep. system.
 
The researched showed less then 1% incidecnce of cataracts in women. Which is less then the occurance in normal population.
