Dang, thats all I got to say... Shits ripping me up, thats along with my rigorous workouts...mostly cardio and olympic lifts... my abs are gettin ripped up at 50mgs in the morn and 50mgs 12 hours later... I will be willing to answer any questions from anyone about var only cycle and effects its had on me. I can tell my strength is up... because stuff that used to be hard, isn't as hard any more to do like with my job. Lifting I've not experienced as great increase in weight but I'll keep you updated...like I said its only been 4 days
