4 CKD questions

1. Is there an amount of fat that should not be exceeded in one sitting while on a CKD?

2. I'm thinking of splitting my ratios so that I eat 4 meals a day, equally spaced, just to simplify my intake amounts since my schedule is so weird. Does that sound ok?

3. How soon before bed should I stop eating fat, if it matters?

4. And how long before my workout should I stop eating fat, if that matters, or is that only on a TKD when carbs are involved.

-- Not as far as I know. My fat intake is spaced fairly evenly on a CKD. Too much fat in one sitting is not a danger that I've read about b4. My fat / protein grams are usually about
55-60%fat /40-45% protein. I seem to get into ketosis easily and stay there with no problem, but everyone is different.

-sounds ok to me. Whatever it takes to keep your calories ok.

3. How soon before bed should I stop eating fat, if it matters?
-- I think the only time it matters is before the depletion workout.
stop fat intake about 3-5hrs before the depletion.

4. And how long before my workout should I stop eating fat, if that matters, or is that only on a TKD when carbs are involved. ---personally my workout hits about 4 hrs after a meal.
