1. Is there an amount of fat that should not be exceeded in one sitting while on a CKD?
2. I'm thinking of splitting my ratios so that I eat 4 meals a day, equally spaced, just to simplify my intake amounts since my schedule is so weird. Does that sound ok?
3. How soon before bed should I stop eating fat, if it matters?
4. And how long before my workout should I stop eating fat, if that matters, or is that only on a TKD when carbs are involved.
