3rd Cycle Advice

Hello again,
Currently in the middle of PCT, but I want to start prepping for the next go round, so I was looking for some advice. Not really interested in a lot of water gain or noodle dick, so that leaves out Deca and Stanozolol. Was going to run basically what I did last time but I'd like to amp up my program a bit. Would like to put on another 20lbs of muscle (not water). By the way you guys have been awesome with the knowledge sharing, been learning a lot just lurking.

Stats:
Age:39 Height: 5'10.5" Weight: 175lbs Body Fat: 7.5%
Training: Since 16

12 week Cycle (Should this be longer due to the EQ?)
Test Cyp: 500mg per week
Boldenone Undecylenate:
400mg per week
Anti-estrogen:
Anastrozole: 0.5mg every other day
Other: HCG 600 IU per week (To keep test production going)

Training 3 days on, 1 off with cardio 3 times per week.
Diet: Approximately 3500 to 4000 clean calories per day
(Intake was too low last time. Thanks to Texas Monster for pointing that out. )

PCT :
HCG for 2 weeks following last pin.
Week 3: 25mg of Clomid for ED 30 days
12.5 mg of Aromasin EoD for 30 days

Suggestions?
 
Every thing looks good except you should think about a few things.

1) If you are going to run EQ it is going to have to be ran for longer than 12 weeks. 16-20 is a good benchmark for EQ and I would also run it around 500-600 mg a week. Now if you are not into the longer cycles then there is always the option of running 1-test cyp instead. This way you could run it for 10 weeks, run your test for 12 weeks and be PCTing by week 15. Just something to think about.

2) HCG should be ran in short 4-6 week bursts. Run it longer and you start to loose the effect of it. No I dont mean Dessensitization of the leydeg cells. I mean more on the lines of tolerance and effectiveness, there is no such thing as dessensitization. I ran HCG for 16 weeks straight at low doses and everything worked out fine. However it is better to run 4 week bursts of HCG so that you get the maximum benefits. That being said alternate 4 weeks HCG and 4 weeks of HCgenerate. It works a lot better than running HCG the whole time ( even though you are free to do that if you wish, but we are all about the best results here).

3) Consider throwing in a jumpstart and maybe an oral on the backend. This could either be tbol at 40 -50 mg for 4 weeks or maybe even another fast acting injectable or possible a suspension compound. You would like the results either way.

4) For your PCT drop the aromasin and get some forma. Forma has a lot more benefits over aromasin. Run aromasin on cycle if you are worried about estrogen but you shouldnt be if you run 1-test cyp because it does not aromatize and EQ has very low estro sides. ( Some guys run that shit at a Gram a week and still dont have sides shit is the most underated roid out there). Also you will want some natty test boosters. This will help you keep training when it is the most important. It is during the time when you want to raise your natty test and keep your gains and the only way to do that is to keep training hard and eating clean. And if you ask me why wouldnt you want all the help you can get during this period.

So take that into consideration and maybe think about some cycles that are along these lines.

Week 1-4 Tbol 50 mg ( Here you can consider test suspension at 50mg ed before workouts or maybe a 6 run with some masteron prop).
Week 9-14 HCG 500 ius e3d or 600ius a week
Week 5-9 HCGenerate
Week 9-14 Var 60mg.

Considering a nice eq cycle it will be a lot more expensive than a shorter 1 test cyp cycle. So it is really up to you.

Do you mind sharing where you read hcg loses effectiveness after 4 to 6 weeks? Many guys use hcg successfully throughout the entire cycle up until pct. Guys use it for months on trt as well. Not saying either is right but I've just never seen that it stops working after only a few weeks so am curious to learn more about that.
