What's up?
I'm 5'10 190 at around 8 - 10% bf...
I've done two cycles prior...the first was 500mg of sus for 8 weeks… did ok… kept 15lbs… second was sus and dbol… 500 for 8 again, but 25mg of bol for the first 5 weeks… again… not bad…. kept 10 or so pounds… I don’t tend to put on fat that easily, and barely gained any while on… I haven’t used in around 2 and ½ years now, and am looking to get back on… I figure my receptors have gotten a break, and that I won’t need to hammer them that hard… so I had this planned:
1 - 8 500mg Sus/week
1 - 4 25mg dbol/day
6 - 10 400/400/300/300/300/300 Equipoise/week
12 - 14 50/100/50 clomid/day
The clomid is what gets me… I am reading as of late that people are using 300mg of clomid the first day… I figure to jumpstart the nuts straight away? It seems like a popular course of action, so it must work?
Anyway… as well I will be eating:
Breakfast: 1 cup of oatmeal
½ cup of cottage cheese
4 eggs
Shake: 1 scoop of 1200 cal bulking shake
Lunch: 1 8oz steak/fish/chicken
1 cup of veggies
1 cup of rice
Pre workout: 1 serving of dextrose
Post workout: 1 scoop of 1200 cal bulking shake with maltodextrin
Dinner: 1 8oz steak/fish/chicken
1 cup of veggies
Before bed: 1 40g protein shake with water
I tend to snack all day as well, (cheese&crackers… that kinda shit…)
So what do you think? The only think I can think is that I should run the EQ straight off, and maybe lengthen the whole deal to 10 weeks… I would like to save a little dinero though, and figure the way I have it should be cool… run the eq after the ds, and after the last shot of test…?
