Try moving closer to the monitor or further away. Don't try too hard to focus else you'll overdo it and be unable to find the image. After you've managed to focus once, you'll find it gets ever easier.

'Horse' might be a good one to start with since it has quite a sharp image. Some of them are a little fuzzy even after you've pulled them into focus.
