30ml T200 or 20ml sus?

Which does everyone think would have the greatest gains? I want to start one of the two soon, but not sure which to take. Any help would be great!!!!

I'd go with the sust.

you get more of the t-200 so take that..take 3cc a week is good if not more also 400mgs a week is good too.
