3 questions!

OK first of all Flax oil. Is it important I have this if I am wanting to get bigger? Not like a body builder but just bigger with pretty defined muscle. Also when Should I take it?

Oatmeal? Plain oatmeal? I hate it how the hell do you guys eat it?
 
Oatmeal: I add splenda and cinnamon (if I wasn't cutting I would definately throw in a tbspn of natty PB, too), or throw it in a shake (raw)...

ditto on the splenda, I also throw it into shakes, Oatbran iseasier to mix in shakes though.

Flax oil has tons of omega 3 fats in it, which most people lack in their regular diet. It really doesn't matter when you take it, but I find it easier to mix with my morning shake and then a tbs here and there.
 
Oatmeal: Splenda & cinnamon, for a treat chopped apple, splenda & walnuts, I usually make it with 1/2 cup skim milk, which a lot of people on here don't use.....
 
I can't eat Oatmeal either. It makes me gag, no matter how I try to eat it/mix it.

I eat Cream of Wheat instead. Similar nutritional information and MUCH more palatable IMO.

doesnt make sense... if you want to be "defined" you probably have to get smaller (ie.. lose fat)

and yes, flax may help with that, as well as other general health benefits.
 
I would like my muscles to be bigger than they are now but have less body fat. I would try to get bigger first and then lose the body fat.
