3 pumps a day?

I am taking AIFM as my AI during my 750sust 600mg eq 14 week cycle. I am taking 3 pumps after my night shower. I am rubbing it in with my wrist, because it is runny and hell and I don't want to loss any. Anyone have a better method? Shit goes everywhere. Next, is 3 pumps a day enough? I am prone to puffy nipples at just 500mg enan a day. Last cycle I just waited till my nipps got swollen then took nolva. Happend 3 times in 14 weeks. So this time I don't want any problems.

To start the cycle I am taking 500mg sust ew, with 600mg eq, and 40mg ed d-bol. Then at week 5 cutting out the d-bol and uping the sust to 750mg ew and adding t3 for 6 weeks. I also don't want any bloat in my face. thanks

throw it in the trash and buy some adex run .5 mg 2 weeks before cycle and through cycle...
adex has been shown in hundreds of human studies to work for breast cancer,breast tumors,lumps gyno to help reduce it..

AIFM well thats anyone guess what that stuff does no studies have been done with it

fuck that. How are you going to say I can't ask a question about a product, just because they don't support you guys anymore. Thats bogus. I have been a member here for over 2 years. Don't tell me I can't ask a question about anything I am taking and reaching for support and questions about my health from the people have have tought me everything I know about AS.

Hey bro, it is runny no doubt. i just spray one squirt on my level wrist, rub it in and then spray another small squirt on and rub it in. how much it takes varies from individual. i'm doing 2pumps for 500mg test e.
