3 hours sleep...

I need some advice how to get my body clock back on track only got 3 hours sleep last night. Tossing and turning most of the nigh. Real advice please ...
 
I dunno Dayna, but if you're feeling sleepy just step outside for a sec.. -23C windchill today. Not funny. Not funny at all. I was wrapped up like a damn mummy this morning, all you could see were my eyes. Probably a good thing as the scarf muffled my constant stream of cursing. ;)

Maybe you could take nap early in the day.. around noon, just for 2 hours or so, and then try to go to bed early tonight.
 
I tried going to bed earlier went to bed at 10 slept for a bit then got up couldn't fall back asleep :(
 
The best thing to do is keep to your normal routine. Go to bed a couple hours earlier for a couple nights if necessary but don't change your normal sleep patterns.

Dayna, I know there was a lot of good "sleep" advice on a thread in the Women's forum awhile back.. if you search you can probably find it.

I have no idea what to tell ya, I have the opposite problem. I can always sleep, I just can't get up.
