I went to Easter mass last night figuring I would be out of there in an hour and a half tops!!! Once I get there I come to find out that they are going to have 6 Baptism's and 5 Confirmations!! So half way thru the mass they stop and do the baptism's and confirmations for these people!!
I know its a special moment in these peoples lives but I thought it was a little bit inconsiderate considering it was the holiday.. They should have made it for a regular mass!! The mass started at 7:30 and I didn't get out of there until 10:30... Then getting out of the parking lot was mayhem b/c everyone double parked and parked so close to you that you would have needed a can opener to get in your car!!!
Sorry I just had to vent b/c I thought it was the wrong thing to do considering the circumstances...
