3 HCG protocols??

Im wondering which of these 3 HCG methods works best. Some say more than 500iu a day damages LH hormone, some say too long of HCG damages it,etc.... What would you all pick for a 20week cycle. Of course clomid/nolva after HCG.

HCG protocol #1.
weeks 1-20 HCG at 500iu once a week

HCG protocol #2
week 6- HCG 2500iu, 5days later another 2500iu
week 12- HCG 2500iu, 5days later another 2500iu
week 20(last week of cycle) HCG 3000iu,3000iu,2500iu,1500iu(5days apart)

Or this one I designed HCG protocol #3
week 6- 500iu everyday for 10days
week 12-500iu everyday for 10days
week 20- 500iu everday for 20days

I would think the 3rd protocol would be best b/c:
everyone says damage can occur to leydig cells is HCG is run too long, even at low doses. Its also said that HCG can damage leydig cells if the dose is too high in one shot. So protocol # 3 is the best of both worlds. Your not running the HCG throughout your whole cycle, so its not too long AND the doses are small(only 500iu)every day instead of the large dose spread 5days apart. What do you all think.

good question bro iak interested too i like dr jmw way of 500iu mon wens anf fri for 3 weeks after cycle along with clomid and nolvqa but it makes me wonder because hcg come in many different dosages and i dont think a doc would dilute it with bac water so iqam curous how a real doc uses hcg

number 2 with nolvadex during those times also. but I tend to run higher doses of ass than others here, so the lower doses of hcg just dont work as well (fast) for me.

This plan sounds good, but im presuming he's talking about most cycles which last around 10weeks. Mine is going to be a 20weeker. So im thinking maybe 1000iu mon wed fri at week 4
same at week 8
same at week 14
same at week 20

your #3 option is the best. Start about mid cycle (6 weeks) Then at the endish (12) and then post cycle (20)--good

Swale (Dr. John @ www.allthingsmale.com) recomends 500ius every Sat and Sun throughout.

I have done that during my last 4 cycles and I have never recovered faster and never had any atrophy.

I like you option 3, but instead of 10 days, drop it to 7 days for the first 2 runs and 10 days during the last run.

Remember there is truely no right way, as everyone is different. I will say that the second option is not a very good idea. Keep the doses to 1000ius or less.
