2yr aniversery

Its me and my girls anversery and I wanted to go away for maybe two nights. I was thinking of just going to Montauk and relaxing but Its like 250 a night there. I was thinking of going maybe to the NJ shore and doing something there. We just want to relax on the beach and just do things during the day. Anyone got any suggestions?

yeah something like that would be nice, but I never stayed at a bed and breakfast. I would think I would feel weird staying in someone elses house. Maybe my perception on them is wrong I don't know.

during the winter we went to one of those love resort places(like a honeymoon place with the heartshaped tubs and all). It was sorta cheezy seeing all couples everywhere but the rooms were nice and we both enjoyed it toghether.

That sounds like a good way to spend an anniversary to me! That is exactly what me and my hunny are doing the end of this month! We will have been together 1 year! :)

I think going anywhere in which the two of you can relax and be alone together is great...have fun!

Two nights? Why are you setting the standard so high after just 2 years as bf/gf? Imagine what she'll expect when you've been married for 10 years!

Pace yourself, man.

Yeah Ive been thinking of that alot lately. All the gifts Ive gotten her are all pretty expensive jewelery basicaly. In 10 years like you say I'll have to start taking out loans for this crap.

And also it's not that bad cause its not just all for her, I will enjoy this also.

actually last year we just went to the Olive Garden, because we wanted Italian food. The nice Italian resturant we wanted to goto was closed so we ended up at the Olive Garden. I'll figure something out for this year I hope.

You're all over it. The important thing is that you remember. I've been married for 13 years and for some of our anniversaries we just went to the friggin' movies.

I really like Bed and Breakfasts. Not sure if she'd like that, but they are often much less than hotels, and are quite private and relaxing. Most have hot tubs, and secluded outdoor spots. I stayed in one that had a lil veranda off the master suite, and I woke up early and laid in the hammock with some Dostoevsky all morning, and then biked into town for some shopping. Active, but relaxing, and cost effective.

...of course, you could probably think of more interesting things to do on your anniversary, but I don't need to explain that part to ya.

That sounds like a great idea.
