i am supplementing with potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, antioxidants and v8 juice. is there anything else i should be taking? what can i take instead of v8 juice that crap is awful. ps i am taking glycerol fuel too.
I'm on day 6 of 400mg powder, bro, and I haven't had any lower back pain. Are you drinking enough water? I've been downing 3-4 gallons a day to make up for everything I'm sweating out. Also, just out of curiosity, did you carb deplete before your cycle? I actually carb loaded a little to give Andy13's suggestions a try. My energy level is not THAT bad and I feel this had something to do with it. Fat loss is already quite apparent, dispite water retention. Stay cool!
