Quick History: I'm 40yo. I ran Test-Sus 15 years ago without any understanding about what I was doing. I lifted and drank beer back then. I was always involved in sports, but had become lax in the past 5 years with Jobs, Kids, Life, Etc (more excuses). I decided I was sick of feeling like a fat pig @ a year ago. I am 5'11", and was 215 lbs with 28% BF. Since I have been working out for a year 4x/week, I am 195 lbs with 16% BF. I started going to the gym 5x/week last month and would like to up it to six. I have a tad bit of Manboobs due to either gyno or being overweight in the past.
I have been studying and trying to put together a plan for a cycle for a year. I told myself that if I can get to 15% BF, I will push myself even harder and get a little assistance from PEDs.
I have started to take Letro to see if this helps with the manboobs. I have incorporated Chest exercises in my workouts to minimize the appearance of them. 1.5mg every 12 hours - will do for 2-3 weeks.
What I plan to run- 14 week cycle: 250 Test-E (20 vials), I would also run something in addition. I can get Anavar, Winstrol, Anadrol, & Proviron. My goal is to put on a little size while reducing my BF in the healthiest manner while on gear. I have A-dex (1.5mg). Peolpe at the gym love the Anavar so I'd definitely like to incorporate it, especially since the Liver toxicity is low. ANYONE HAVE SUGGESTIONS FOR MY CYCLE?
OTHER CYCLE SUPPLEMENTS NEEDED:
I have Fish oils, omega-3s, Time-released Vit B, Take real good multivitamins, ZMA, High Gamma-E, Glocosamine & Chondroitin Sulfate. I eat a high protein diet with healthy food, Protein powders & drinks. AM I FORGETTING ANYTHING?

What would be recommended with my situation? I have a good idea but appreciate all help and comments.
PS- Should you reduce sex while on a cycle? I know that's a crazy question, but I will be greedy with my testosterone if needed.
