I am mid 20s and have already had much help around here to get my diet and training spot on in my first cycle... I did 250 sust/300 deca a week for 10 weeks and gained 29 pounds at the high end... lost some water and the rest and 4 months later I am 20 pounds heavier and down 3% body fat to 12% at around 210 (6 months total). My question is if I want to gain another 20lbs lean body mass, how much gear would I have to take. I am planning on:
150 Prop EOD Week 1-10
40mg Tbol Week 1-3.5
50mg Winny depot ED Week 9-12
HCG 1000 IU ED Week 12
Nolvadex 20mg Week 12-15
Basically I want to know if this is too much for a 2nd cycle? It would put me right where I want to be at 230 and then I want to shred down to 220 8%.. Which I will be very happy at staying...
PS How much does Prop really hurt? I have decent sized quads and have done quad injections so I was thinking about alternating 3 head of quad, delt, and glute... good idea?
