Just started 2nd cycle of Sust, EQ, Deca and going for a 10 week program. Wanting to do everything right this time....but realized that Creatine might be best to hold off till post cycle. I do understand the importance of Glutamine however.
So far...water retention has not been a problem ..I'm in week 2 of 10
What do you think? do it or wait? if wait...when should I start?
