2nd cycle advise

About to start my 2nd cycle. After reading all the high remarks for EQ/cyp/dbol. I have chosen to go with this. I was thinking of running 600EQ and 600 Cyp for 16 weeks, with 40mg dbol ed for the first 4 weeks only. A buddy of mine said to run this cycle longer than normal because #1. EQ should be ran more then 10 weeks, and #2. when running a cycle it is good to run more then 12 weeks to solidify your gains. Is this information correct or is he full of shit? Please advise, more or less, differant test, duration?? I am looking to gain 30 to 40 lbs if possible.

My stats:
training for 5 yrs
weight = 162lb
Height = 5'10"
Body fat = 9%
Protein = 300g per day at least
Calories = around 5,000 per day
Meals every 2 hrs.
Hyperactive Thyroid
Very high Metabolism
 
IU can't eat that much and I weigh 210! I would say test at 500mg/week and deca at 400mg/week. Personally, I would trade the deca for npp. You could add a little d-bol in there for starters. I wouldn't mess with eq or anavar or even anadrol right now. Eq just takes so long to see gains and it is $$$$$$$$.
 
I weigh 225 and eat about 4,000 each day (p/c/f 320/450/100) and to do that relatively clean is a real chore. Some time ago this kid told me that he was eating 600g of protein a day, and a whole bunch of other shit. He weighed about 125lb and I just nodded at the punk while he was telling me. Got home and noticed a magazine with Jay Cutlers contest diet in it, the kid had repeated it word for word! Now the kid's dad is telling everyone at the office how his son was doing full squats with 315.

Anyway, my advice on the cycle:

Don't waste your money and overload your body. Just do Test & Dbol in realistic doses:

Dbol:
weeks 1-6 25mg/ day

Test:
weeks 1-8 200-300mg/ week

Forget about the EQ until you actually have some size to solidify.
 
I don't understand dbol for four weeks. Cyp is at full strength after 2 weeks. So you would only need to frontload for two weeks.
1.2 grams is a lot of stuff. I'm 240 and I have never used that much. This is your second cycle too. I wouldn't even use half of that at 160 pounds. When I was 200 lbs I would put on 20lbs with just 250mgs or test ew!!!
If you are planning on keeping something other that water and fat you want to get your PCT in place before you start anything... HCG and Clomid.. never cycle with out it!
 
Those doses I said earlier where told to me by advise from some bb friends. That's why I wanted to get info from other sources because for some reason they are trying to push me into thinking that I need a lot of juice to get big. They are into the whole 1g of test a week thing, and they barely weigh over 205. I though 600 and 600 were kinda high. Thanks for the advise musketeer and slat1.
