2nd Cycle Advise for a Skinny Guy

New member
Here is my story always been skinny and tall (6'). Two winters ago I did the following cycle

Week Stanzalolol Andriol
1 80mg
2 80mg
3 100mg 160mg
4 100mg 160mg
5 100mg 240mg
6 125mg 240mg
7 125mg 240mg
8 240mg

I went from 143lbs to a max of 163lbs over the 8 weeks. Since then I have lost a little and now weigh 156lbs. I developed a slight stigmatism in my eye, which went away after the cycle, and was impotent for 3-4 weeks after the cycle.

I would like to do another cycle to bring me to a stable weight of 165-170lbs with minimal side effects. I specifically would like to avoid the impotence as it was kind of hard to make up excuses why I didn't want to fcuk my girlfriend.

I have a very hard time maintaining my weight, and I need to lift hard and eat well to avoid losing weight, and I've never been able to gain weight naturally

Some have suggested dbol and androl, but I'm afraid that the stronger steroids will have stronger side effects

Thanks

That first cycle might be the worst cycle I've seen on here. Maybe not as bad as AMAF's white frisby pill cycle. I'd suggest reading up on how to properly cycle, and also as prox alluded to, check your diet.

Here is the most effective cycle you could possibly run for long term gains that you wont lose once you stop the gear............

Food - High, clean calories ED weeks 1 - 52
Training - focused, intense 4-5x per week weeks 1 - 52
Supplements - Basic recovery & building block type ED weeks 1 - 52
Rest - As much as possible ....again, you guessed it....weeks 1-52

Bro, don't take it as a flame (take it as a smart ass comment :) ) but, what I'm getting at is you've obvioulsy got a lot to learn and a lot of natural growing to do, otherwise you are going to keep ending up back in the same spot you started in. I highly suggest you get everything in order before running another cycle.

Oh yeah, one more thing......anyone who says they can't gain naturally no matter what they do is full of it. I used to "think" the same thing untill I figured out how to eat right. ANYONE will gain if they eat big.

Excellent post. I would have written the same thing if I wasn't so lazy. It gets tiring after making posts like this a hundred times a day! :)

I'm gonna drop ya some special K...the specialist kind! ;)

As you have guessed I am a beginner with steroids, however I'm not a beginner athelete. I was national cycling team, and have lifted for the past 5 years. I would say that I know how to eat, and how to rest, but still, I experiance no gains.

That is why I turned to steroids, because I felt that I had exhausted all my other options.

I am still interested in reccomendations on anything from cycles to training

I can guarantee you that if you're not gaining weight, it's because you're not eating enough (A trend commonly seen among endurance athletes). Post up your diet, or at least take a look at your total cals per day, and I'm sure we can find something wrong in there. If you eat more cals than you expend, you'll gain weight NO MATTER WHAT...so like supertech said, I'm always skeptical when people say they have exhausted all other options.

Thats right, you have to do the math.figure everything out thar you eat in the run of a day.If your not gaining with the food your eatting now then eat more.Supertech and BD are right on the money. The diet is the hardest part .Jamming food down your throat till you feel like your going to puck......eating every 2hrs and no more than 3hrs apart.I look at a can of tuna now and it gags me.You have to get serious about your food........do the math.

When I eat, I eat until I physically can't anymore. My total calories are probably 2500-3000, but I feel like I am not able to eat any more food in a day. When I drink shakes before I go to bed, I only am able to eat less the next day.

That is why I did the cycle- because I was tired of not gaining. And that is why I would like to do another cycle.

blah..blah...blah...hardagainer...bullshit...
dude...you may know how to eat and train for a cyclist (although i doubt you are registered dietician by any means) but bodybuilding is different...and you are talking to the hardgainer of all hardgainers....i trained, ate properly, and rested for 3 years (at least i thought i did) and didn't see any gains. Now, two years later, did my research and went from 132 - 195lbs (and still pretty lean) without ever touching a roid...reach for a book instead of a needle.

(no flame...just saying it how it is)

yeah 2500 calories is nothing. Thats what your body needs to maintain its weight. And if your cycling your burning at least another 500 a day + another 300-500 from lifting. That brings you to at least 3200 calories just to maintain. Add another 500 on to that and you'll grow. Also eat 8 meals a day instead of 6 or fewer if you are not already and you will be able to get all this food in.

O.K. dude, now that I've given ya some crap about it, let me tell you why/how I know this. I am 6'5" and have struggled with weight gain all my life. I have always been skinny up untill the past few years. I started bodybuilding at the age of 25 and weighed aprox 200-210 lbs so likely about the same build/frame as you. I am now 30yrs old and usually weigh anywhere from a semi lean 250 to a sloppy 268. I know that if I can do it anyone can do it. Like the guys said, you should keep an actual daily log of food consumption and post some of the days to be analyzed. A great way to keep track of it is on www.fitday.com. The cold hard truth is, juice is just a helping tool, a great one but, only a helper none the less. If you do not get your diet right you will not maximize and keep your gains & will probably end up doing more harm to your body than good. BTW, I am currently leaning out for a competition and am around the 4%bf range on the calories that you are trying to bulk with. When I bulk I am up around 6000kcal+ you just gotta figure out what foods to eat. Show us what you eat, we can help, especially some of the vets.

Thanx for the K guys, coming back atcha!
