2nd Cycle Advice

Hey guys. 32 5'10 180 pounds. Not sure how much body fat I have. I have trouble putting on muscle though. I finished my first cycyle a couple of weeks ago (500 Test 400 EQ, I ran it for about 13-14 weeks) and am starting already to think about planning my next one.

My goal is to put on as much mass/muscle as possible (within reason and without destroying my liver), and trying to not get too bloated in the process.

I'm thinking about running the same thing (taking Novaldex or Chlomid throughout). You think I should stick with the same gear? Also I'm open to stacking it with something else to help me with my goals...

What were the results from the first one? Training experience? BF% guesstimate?

I'd say about 16%. I'd like to try get my body fat down before I go on. I've been working out off and on for about 6 years. The last year I've started taking it more seriouslly, never missing a workout and training out hard and trying to keep my diet right.

If you're worried about bloat and want to add more stuff your best bet would be something like tren. Although I dont really like to bulk with tren, I think it will give you the results you're looking for.
 
What about running Dbol the first 4 weeks and something (any suggestions??) the last 4 to help me cut and get hard.

Also how long should I wait after one cycle to go on the next?

My Formula has always been tO+To=tOx2 but blood tests are your best bet to make sure you're recovered

You dont want to run dbol if you're worried about bloat.
 
I'm more concerned about getting size then bloat. I plan on taking Novaldex ED during cycle so I'm hoping that helps with the bloat.

Anything you guys can recommend towards the end of the cycle to harden/cut my muscles??

A drop in cals is a start. Pretty much any non-aromatizing AAS will be a good choice for the end. Most will suggest Winny or Tren though.

You sound like you should run:

Test E 500mg wk1-10
Dbol 25mg/day wk1-4
Winny 50mg/day wk 7-12
PCT12-15
