2cnd cycle results

10 weeks of Test E 400mg and EQ 500. first 4 weeks D-bol 25 mg
I started out making weight gains but they stopped about mid cycle at 6 pounds up. But strength gains skyrocketed throughout the cycle. I managed a 1 rep max on bench that was on 10 pounds shy of my PB of 400 back in high school (20 years ago).
Anyway. Leg size and lat size were 2 of the main things that I worked on during this cycle and I got decent results. I actually have the start of a V-taper now and my lats can actually been seen for once in my life. I added 1 1/2 " to my quads/hams. I had to stop wearing the boxers that I normally wore and switch to a knit type that has bigger legs.

Vascularity improved greatly in my arms and even the big vien on my bicep is showing pretty decent.

My BF calipers showed my at 15.9% when I started the cycle and it is currently measuring 13.6%. It has taken me 10 months to get down from 25%. So I am slowly getting there.

I had zero sides during the whole cycle. I did not even have oily skin, I did NOT notice any hair loss ( I did on my first cycle of Sust 250 EW). I had only a little bloating and loss of appetite. Otherwise nothing.

I started the cycle with BL gear and thought I was making nice progress and was really "feeling" something from the gear. Libido was up and I always felt wired other than at night then I got the Test sleepies. BUT, due to circumstances beyond my control, I changed over to GTP gear in the last little over 1/2 of the cycle. I honestly did not think the GTP was dosed properly and it was dirty. There was black specs floating in the Test and white stuff that looked like cotton ball strings floating in the EQ.

Either way, I am happy with the size gains, strength gains, and fat loss. As far as weight gains go...Since I am already @ 240lbs, I could really care less as long as the mirror looks better.
 
good job...it does sound like the gtb gear was bunk.....by the way your gains kinda stoped.....but no sides at all huh......thats great!
 
Wow, Getting me excited for my Enth/Dbol first cycle. I`ll be doing 400/week too, I`m around your weight as well, 35 years old 6ft 3. Good to hear these type of results. thanks

forgot to add, what was your diet like? Did you eat a lot more than usual (akthough clean) or did you eat normally because of bodyfat considerations?
 
Gonelifting...I am 6'5" and 37 years old. I ate extremely clean and tried to keep my cals up but there were time when I just had a loss of appetite. I did much better on my first cycle and I really ate like a horse but still ate clean. As far as diet goes, I tried to stay over 300g of Protien per day. I did use 3 pt shakes per day just as I did on my first cycle. I have my PW shake @ around 40 g of pt and 2 slow release pt shakes that are around 65g of pt. I ate lots of steaks, lean ground beef, chicken, tuna, salmon, not many veggies but plenty of yogarts and fiber tabs to keep the bowels regular.
I also tried a whole different workout routine to see how it worked for me and I stuck with it the whole time. I have always been one to work out each body part 2 times per week, but I decided to try it at once per week. My upper body recovers fine enough for working out 2 times but my legs only want one workout per week.

I am going to start tweaking out another routine for a heavy day and a light day during the same week.
