Which spots are the best place to use these? I usually use 23g x 1 1/2" in the glutes, but now I have these as well... (Using Fina now btw)

25g 5/8" is great for bi's, tri's, delts, traps, forearms, calves, quads... glutes if you're really lean, pecs if you're really lean.

so I'm fairly thin (about 175lbs 5'8"), you guys think I could get away with 25g 5/8" for quads/delts and 23g 1" for glutes?

I've been using 25g 1" for quads and 23g 1 1/2".

woooooooh...did u say forearms??????????

damn...that's hardcore

It's not as bad as you think. Do half-mL winny there now and again. Just make sure you relax the muscle - don't clench your fist while injecting or it spits your gear out and bleeds like a mofo.

It helps to stretch the skin by rolling your forearm on a table or something (you know, slide the arm without rolling it); stretch, insert, unstretch your skin, inject, remove quickly - this allows the layers of fascia and skin to displace the puncture path and stops leakage.

Now, the fact that I do them with a 21g 1-1/2", that might be a bit hardcore... but I really don't mind it.

Just curious, why do you guys spot inject all over your bodies? I thought only Winny works in that respect, and all other AAS just causes temporary swelling... The only reason I got 5/8" needles was so that my Fina jabs wouldn't make my ass into swiss cheese.

Hawk -

I do it because I don't want a nasty abscess forming because I'm hitting only two or three sites every day for 10 weeks.

I usually use a 1" pin and don't go all the way in. If you can feel when the needle reaches into the belly of the muscle, that's what you want. For some people, 5/8" pins won't work; but for some they will. Just remember that the intent of those small needles was for sub-Q injections. make sure you get into the muscle.

- I named it the most beautiful name in the whole wide world

Well I don't have much fat around the legs, so would a 5/8" would in my quad? When I flex it, it sticks out prominently...

As I said, if you can feel it go into the muscle, then you've done the job. You are trying to get past the skin and fat, etc. and into the belly of the muscle. If you use a 25 just remember that you will probably have to go all the way up to the hub when you stick. To be honest, gear flows more easily through a 21 ga and the pain is very minimal.

Well I usually go all in regardless. Its just that the 5/8" look so small... I dont have much fat at all around bis, tris, or delts, so I guess I'll try there before quads.
