Ok this is all I got left hanging around. I was wondering if it's even worthwhile to use next month? (my guess is no without stacking. It's smarter to do so.) But anywho sources come and go so this is what I have. I was thinking about covering all the bases you know vitamins, protein, creatine, glutamine, maybe some andro, workout 5 days a week at least. Has anyone gotten good results from using just a little of something at one time or another? I should probably just save it right, and if so what in your opinions would be good to stack it with. I'm at 6'3 190, don't know the body fat but hell it's probably below 13%.
