25 yr old starting out...Help with Meal Planning

Ok so i am a 25yrs old 5' 10" 160lbs male and would like to gain some muscles and just have a good looking body.

To start off my diet only consists of BK, McDoanalds, and Frita's (cuban hamburgers) and all sort of bad stuff that has gone out the window as of yesterday since i started working out.

I really want to make progress and cut my body fat as i know i have high body fat.

I would like help to gain muscle and plan my meals so that i dont go the easy way, i plan to cook for the week and freeze my food.

the only thing i dont eat is FISH whatsoever. i will take fish oil, everything else is ok.

Also what supplements should i take as well?

NO2 Shotgun? Creatine? i will be drinking proteins as well but what type is better??
