25 pounds in 3 weeks?

Drunken_Weasel

is it possible? im striving that it is so..
im working on losing 25 more pounds in 3 weeks!..

i would like to know if there are any side effects to this.. and aswell.. im going to share what im doing to do this.

I have come from 280ish, to 225.. most of that gain being from 260, to 245 in a month and a half.. (heh.. thats 15).. without too much of a diet, and that much excersise..

so what im going for now, is im taking alot of Ripped Fuel (mahuang/ephedra).. and my results today were (without any food) soo much energy i was sweating at my job, in the 35 degree dairy cooler stocking milk.. i was moving like a madman.. the only thing i have eaten was at 1am, which consisted of a small chicken sandwich.. i plan to keep this up.. with 1 small meal a day, and 6 pills of ripped fuel a day.. aswell as weight training..

Any side effects, and does anyone know, or think that my goal is possible? or any suggestions to speed it up.... i also dont care if i lose some of my lean mass, but.. with the exersise, that shouldnt be that much of a problem...

Thanks for any input.

Thomas

I think you will LOSE a lot of your muscle mass with that little amount of protein per day! It is a good diet if you want to look slim and soft. You need more energy than this if you want your body to recover from your workout.

I would suggest you a LOT more a diet low in carbs(around 100g.per day), moderate fat(flax seed,NATURAL peanut buter, cheese) and high protein(maybe 350g. per day)

I am sure you will be a LOT more happy with that kind of diet and the result will be awesome too if you want to look chiseled. If not then go your way....

Thank you for your input. My body seems to naturally have muscle mass (huge guns, even though i never worked out before recently).. and my metabolism is a lot more friendly now that i do more than sit in front of the computer and play games all day, and drink a 12 pack of coke a day.. man.. those days were bad.. anyways.. ill keep you posted on how much i have lost in about 3-4 weeks..

make sure to keep that protein intake up bro. it all looked good to me when i was cutting and lost 20 lbs, when all was said and done 13 of it was fat and 7 of it was muscle. those 7 pounds of muscle are damn hard to put back on (without gaining back my lard). moral of the story, keep protein intake at 1 g/lb

Is this a healthy diet? I mean guys, he is eating 1 small meal a day, and Taking pills in substitute of meals.

Won't he just gain the weight quickly back if he were to ever get off the diet?

25 pounds in 21 days? Could be possible if we're talking water loss as well as fat mass and lean mass, but since you said you already went from 280 to 225, there's not going to be a tremendous "whoosh!" of water loss. Nothing personal, but I don't think you could even hit your goal with DNP...

Forgot to say this in my last post - congratulations, that's some impressive weight loss. You should be very proud of yourself. The last few pounds are always the hardest to take off, don't sweat it. :)

i dont feel like im on the last few pounds yet though.. although i keep being told that im not fat ... i dont know.. i think i got so depressed about it when i was at the 280, that i have a bad mental image of myself.. nomatter what.. maybe ill lose that when i get closer to my goal...

I hear that. I went from 210-ish to 125, and even at death-sucking-on-a-cracker leanness, I still felt overweight. It took getting up to 180 on a bulking cycle and dieting back down again to make me appreciate how far I'd come. Don't beat yourself up - you really have accomplished something that not a lot of people can. You're not going about losing more weight in the healthiest manner, but if it's going to take burning out your metabolism to make you appreciate your new body, then so be it. Good luck either way.

I went from 260 to 235 lbs in 9 weeks. My goal is to get to 195 lbs. I've just been dieting (Eating clean), taking MD6 (2 doses of 2 pills daily), and drinking lots of water. As well as working out 2 times a week (Mainly weight training).

I am wondering why it took so long for me to lose 25 lbs, while this guy loses it in 3 weeks!!!

I think have 'peaked' in a sense, as my weight has been constant for a couple weeks now. any suggestions on what I should do??? I do 12 days on the diet, and 2 days refeed.

Thanks.

I dont have all the details of your diet but you could eat less calorie(less carbs or fat,not protein!) add some veggies and add some cardio in the a.m. but if you cant then do some cardio at night 3X per week this will help a lot getting through your plateau...

I appreciate the advice. So the KEY to breaking through the plateau is to ramp up, hardcore, on cardio? I was thinking of starting to run for at least 20 minutes in the mornings. Before when I was 260 I was advised NOT to run, as it would hurt me. But now that I"ve lost 30 lbs (I weighed in at 230 today) I should be alright, corrrect?

Any tips on what would be the best cardio? And if so, how to do it? :) Thanks.

I prefer cycling or fast walking for 30-40 minutes at 140(heartrate)
I think these exercices depleted less your glucose reserve than others...

I think these exercices depleted less your glucose reserve than others...But they sure burn the fat and elevate your metabolism!

Sometimes the best way also, is just take a break for a few weeks, gain a little back, not much and go hardcore again, your body will love ya for it, don't forget it probably took awhile to put all the fat on, sometimes not the healthiest thing to take it off as fast as possible, even though it thats what you want, i used to be 265, now down to 200, plus probably added 10 pounbds or so of muscle, took me 9 months, but my habits have changed, that can only happen with time i believe, good luck

the thing is.. i put on my weight quite fast when i was a small kid (i have the stretch marks to prove it :().. but.. also.. just starting lifting.. i also created some small stretch marks on my arms because of my biceps.. gah.. just what i need.. more ugliness.. like im not already ugly enough..

so.. the faster i lose, the better (but.. ive laid off the ephedra.. for now).. ill resume the hardcore in a bit...
