25 pounds in 3 weeks

is it possible? im striving that it is so..
im working on losing 25 more pounds in 3 weeks!..

i would like to know if there are any side effects to this.. and aswell.. im going to share what im doing to do this.

I have come from 280ish, to 225.. most of that gain being from 260, to 245 in a month and a half.. (heh.. thats 15).. without too much of a diet, and that much excersise..

so what im going for now, is im taking alot of Ripped Fuel (mahuang/ephedra).. and my results today were (without any food) soo much energy i was sweating at my job, in the 35 degree dairy cooler stocking milk.. i was moving like a madman.. the only thing i have eaten was at 1am, which consisted of a small chicken sandwich.. i plan to keep this up.. with 1 small meal a day, and 6 pills of ripped fuel a day.. aswell as weight training..

Any side effects, and does anyone know, or think that my goal is possible? or any suggestions to speed it up.... i also dont care if i lose some of my lean mass, but.. with the exersise, that shouldnt be that much of a problem...

You have to be kidding.. 1meal a day? You´ll be loosing muscles instead of fat.

Go to the nutritionboard and you´ll get help with a diet.
 
Absolutley no way to lose 25 real pounds of weight in 3 weeks. Forget it.

but why?... considering that you burn fat when you dont have enough carbs, aswell as the ephedra boosting the metabolism, wouldnt it help the weight come off? Im talking fat... i still have quite a gut imo...
 
Sounds like you're ruining your health.
The faster you lose it, the faster your body is going to pack it back on when you quit dieting.
If you insist on dieting that extreem, see a doctor and have your bloodwork checked.
Certain mineral imbalances can stop your heart.

ok, what if i were to eliminate eating all together then.. ?.. or.. if i eat about 500 calories a day.. with physical activity.. i would be burning around 2500 calories a day im guessing.. and thus.. would lose about 25 pounds in 3 weeks right?

Your body will be catabolic....you would like a Shar-Pei when finished.

I don't think there's too many side effects you'll have to worry about eating one meal a day, doing manual labor, and taking 6 ripped fuels per day. At the worst maybe your heart will explode and come shooting out your ears, but I can't imagine anything much worse than that.
Seriously...like Wodin said, if you do manage to drop 25lbs in 3 weeks, you can bet the majority of that is muscle. Your body is not able to maintain even the lean mass you have right now if you're only putting down on meal a day, so it's gonna be feeding off your own muscle and fat to get energy. Are you lifting weights at all? If you are, it's pretty much pointless when you're eating that little. Try doing this whole losing weight thing without being in so much of a rush. Take 6 months to drop that 25lbs of fat while at the same time adding 10 lbs of muscle. Your body will look much, much better than this crazy starving thing you're trying to do to yourself.

you should eat more meals a day (at least 3)

I think you can do this. I once lost 23 pounds in 3 weeks. I went from 217lbs to 194lbs. You have to be serious though. Eat protein every meal, no carbs, I mean none. You need to take an ECA Stack 3 times a day. Do as much cardio you can possibly handle in the morning, and lift like a manic at night. Go to GNC and get some stuff called Traxatone. NO matter what anybody says, Believe that you can do it!!! Go luck You will lose some muscle, but fuck it, you'll get skinny as hell!!!

could you enlighten me on a ECA stack?.. heard that phrase here before, but dont know what it is

I would do a keto diet, ECA or NYC, and as much cardio as possible, but again what Nature Boy asked...WHY?

E-ephredrine, C-caffine, A-asprine.

This is how i do my ECA stack. 1-25mg Eph pill, 2 excredrine, and a medium coffee. Sometimes, I'd take 2 Eph pills before the cardio once i start getting used to it, but just start out with 1 pill till it starts losing its effect.

NO ONE suggested DNP...... the question was if it was POSSIBLE, and it is...... but I would not suggest it to this guy because you're right, he doesn't seem to know what he's doing

Thanks, that sounds very easily attainable :) . i already have the excedrine...


And to everyone else, i dont know what im doing, which is why i was asking for advice. Thanks for everyones input.. ill post up how much i have lost when the 3 week mark comes.

Your body needs protein in order to burn fat.
If you don't eat protien, your body will burn your fat, but will also eat your muscles as well.
Your heart is a muscle.
Think about it.
Also, when you diet you loose fluids from sweating, urinating...
The fluids you lose contain minerals.
You're not getting any replacement minerals.
Some of those minerals (calcium, potassium, phosphorase...) controls your heart contractions.
You ever hear about football players that have a heart attack on the field in the heat?
You're creating similar conditions.

I would shoot for 4-7 lbs int three weeks...that is your best chance of not rebounding.
 
If you dropped cals to like 2000 a day, ate tons of protein and few carbs, did cardio for 30-60 minutes a day, lifted at a moderate intensity, drank 1.5+ gallons of water a day, and used Ripped Fuel 3x daily, you could probably lose 10-20lbs in 3 weeks, depending on your current level of fitness.
 
T3 & DNP might cause alot of weight loss. I don't know about 25 lbs though.

Won't losing that much weight that fast mess with your nitrogen & ketosis levels (something akin to that.)
 
you can do it. but, you will need more then herbal ephedrine.

try crystal meth. seriously, with amphetimines and some steroids to help maintain muscle it is possible.

the crash will be bad, though, if you live, you will gain it back.

you are better off with DNP.
 
also.. just doing it 2 days (with drinking alot of water..) has led to a loss of 5 pounds already.. but.. with everyones advice.. im just gonna do the eca stack, and eat a few meals a day..
 
keep you carbs under 100 for 6 days and increase your fats and protein and on the 7th day carb up (notice not pig out) and don't worry about the fats as much on this day.... get your carbs in early in the day by the third meal... yes i said third make your last 2 meals of the day an MRP like myoplex low carb RTD for convenience and your first 3 or 4 real food, clean stuff like oatmeal for breakfast, then chicken, tuna, etc... you know the deal... drink as much water as you can until you have to get up and piss in the middle of the night and then drink another glass since you are up. ECA stack is good but don't overdo it because you will need sleep. Try 20 mins of cardio in the mornings and maybe another 20 mins at night... just walk if you can't do anything else... at your size if you low carb and then "fool" the body by carbing up evey 7th day or so i think you can attain your goal.
