20mg all at once?

I am going to be doing an 8 week cycle of Sust/500wk
and Eq/400wk, with Dbol at 25 mg for the first 3 weeks. My question is: I am going to be taking 20mg/day Nolvadex through out the cycle, should I take it all at once in the morning, or should I take 10mg in morning and 10mg at night? I would really appreciate some help with this one. Thanks.

Also will Nolvadex help with water bloat?

I prefer 10 mg. in the morning and 10 mg. at night.
but I don't think it makes much of a difference

Yes it will help with the bloat, and u can take it any way u wanna take it. Extend that d-bol out to 5 weeks, 3 weeks is too short!
