200mcg Clen a DAY!

Damn 200 mcg clen a day burns a truck load of fat. But have trouble thinking half of the time, period of nearly blacking out, and am nearly useless the rest of the day after my morning weights/cardio workout. Still, I swear I've been burning insane amounts of fat. On Sunday morning the skin fold on my stomach was at 8-9mm, then 4 days later on wed its a 6-7mm. Cardio on it is crazy as hell, I get scared that I’ll over heat sometimes. Bros, I don’t know how some of you guys can do DNP at high amounts, I'm over dosing the clen and already feel like crap most of the day.

Thats alot of clen bro, watch yourself. I dont go over 140mcg, but I usually have it stacked with T3. You are taking it all at once I suppose.
 
hello at 200mcg a day I would be a walking vibrator I would shaking so much. Hmmm my girlfriend might like that.
 
yeah I'll be sure to watch it. Running t3 too, but I’m at 12.5 this week, and don't go over 25 on t3. I take 100 clen during my weight workout so by the time I’m done and ready for cardio it hits me. Been taking the other 100 an 60-90 minutes after cardio is over.

If I really start feeling like I can't handle the 200 I'll drop the dose down for sure, but so far so good.
 
Hey man how much do you weigh? 200mcg is def a lot, I weigh 275 and when I got up to 4 tabs(160mcg) that wqas def my limit!
 
I hope your running 8-10 grams of taurine with your clen... otherwise you can say hello fat rebound.
 
I went up to 80mcg of T3 and I was not able to think properly, I would wake up in a puddle. 40 degrees outside and Id feel like a furnace. And got help if I ate a big meal , id sweat more that a fat person in Lousiana. Coming down slowly ( 20mcg E3d till I reach 0mcg) off of it hopefully my T3 levels will go back to normal.

How many that have used clen have taken it right before cardio?? i thought this wasnt recommended due to cramps...or is that where the taurind comes in?

Shit, I ran clen several times at 240mcg/day, and I could barely feel it. Of course, that's b/c I had asthma as a child and I'm practically immune to those meds, but still :)
 
If what this guy is saying is in fact true, I'm thinkin he's using Oxyflux or some other under-dosed garbage. 200mcg a day? I don't think I could imagine going up that high, maybe a competitor could, but DAMN! I think I'd have a heart-attack.

Yeah I been taking about 15-20 grams of taurine a day and salting up every meal. Today in class I swear I went brain dead for a good 10 minutes. I'm eatting around 3000 calories a day and leaning out really $#^% fast, but each day feels like a mission. To tell you guys the truth, I'm ready to take it down to 100 mcg next week 30 minutes before morning cardio and just leave it there for a while. But I swear this is going to be the most body fat I've ever been in a week, even more then when I have diet at half the calories i am at now. Its too rough though, feel like fucking shit tonight. I'll post the end results of my week on 200 clen when i take my morning stats on this coming sunday.
 
Liquid clen, I take it under my tongue. I have tired a few of the other more popular clens, the pill versions, and I feel this one the most. Funny thing is, it’s the cheapest too, from those research places.
 
80-100 MCG's ED is more than enough for me. I have to work my way up and down or I experience headaches. 200 mcg's a day - wow!

zippo difference. lotsa shaking. no positive effects.

Liquid clen is pills, just suspended in liquid. Or do you meen the clem pump? Have you tried the pump yet?

From a research company? If so, there you have it, underdosed product would be the culprit.

does clen "expire"/go bad , I bought some like 2 months ago and don't plan on using it till spring or so.
 
bro i feel the liquid clen more then any of the pills i've tired of it. I use it under my tongue, and for me, it really works better. Same for my bro, i really doupt this is is under 200 mcg.

A) 200mcg of clen a day is a lot for most humans, but not all. I take 240mcg a day and feels almost nothing (don't bother.. it's legit, friend takes 2 tabs and shakes like a madman) As long as you know your tollerance it's fine.

B) DNP worths shit. Tried it once. Used it by the book. I get better results from diet along with some eca or clen. DNP may be extremely overrated or it may affect different people in different way (like not affecting me much at all).

C) When you say you feel crap all day long. Do you mean fatigue?
I hope you're also taking enough Taurine/Potassium/Magnesium

keep tabs on your BP at 200+mcg ED... A stroke would really hamper your training schedule.
 
im done with that 200 clen a week by the way. I could not handle it, just to much clen. I was able to lean out nice, lost 3.2lbs of body fat on a 3000-4000 calorie intake. But umm, I don't think I'll ever try it again, its to much of a pain in the ass. And I don't suggest anyone try it ether. Toke me like 3 days just to start feeling healthy after it was all over.
 
taking 160mcg clen, deffintly feel the shakes. Was wondering if anyone took more then 160mcg at 220-225lb + aorund 10-11% bodyfat.
 
Ok lads I just started my clen cycle and I am wondering how long before I start seeing results of weight loss?
I workout 9 times a week, cardio 6 times and weights 3 times, I don't eat carbs and only drink a small bit of coffee and lots of water?
