My boss just took me for a spin in his new ride, :eek2: damn that car GOES.


I feel carsick. ;)


And I want one.
 
yeah, those things are damn fast.. Like close to Corvette speed, with AWD. The only reason I wouldn't buy one is because of the geigh ass pink stickers on it.. I don't know what Subaru was thinking with that.
 
Yeah the pink is a bit too foo-foo, but at least it's small-ish. The interior is sweet-looking, I love the blue. I'd have preferred a proper racing seatbelt though, I was hanging onto that thing for dear life.. lol
 
Yeah, but stickers can come off. I'd love to have a new Roo. I'd be alot more economical than my Jeep too. :D
 
very cool car, although not all that easy on the eyes. i drove part of the way home last night right beside a silver one and was admiring the sound of the engine and the exhaust. pretty cool little 300 horsepower car.

what color was it?
 
i'd love to have a WRX. problem i'd have, however, is i'd find gravel and dirt roads in the woods and practice my WRC driving skills constantly.

well, that's not really a problem, but it might tear the suspension up a little bit faster. be a hell of a lot of fun though.

This one is silver.

Generally I like black better, other than it being a buttbutt to keep clean. I saw one the other day and was not too sure it looked better. Maybe if it had been tinted real dark.

I hear you there, how can you have a toy like that and not play with it? Maybe if I was loaded, and money didnt matter.
OT, I saw a lifted 80's Roo with a snorkel a few days ago. It had some big old mudders on it and everything. Pretty funny, I wish I had a camera.

vettes are in a class by themseleves

all that nearly 400 hp and about the same amount of torque

detroit muscle cannot be compared to a suburu ....

the torque in a vette makes u feel like u are going so much faster then what u are

ya know, i wouldn't mind doing that to a subaru wagon, as long as it had 18" or more of ground clearance. i think it'd be pretty funny, but as long as it was functional offroad, i'd drive it.

It's a cool car, actually I'm considering one of these even if I'm a die hard Benz fan. The only thing I dislike is the gay ass tail wing and the gold colored rims (on the blue version). Otherwise it's so fun to drive. I know at least to PDs which are now issuing these for rural patrol.
 
yeah, i hate the gold rims, but i like the blue ones. i can deal with the wing as it's factory equipment. not much i'd change on it except maybe some aftermarket goodies to pull out even more power.

Once you ride on a Harley crotch rockets don't mean much anymore. Last week my Ex was telling me some dude wasn't trying to get her to ride on his crotch rocket, she laughed at him and said call when you have a real bike lol.

very nice! i've always wanted one. my buddy gave me the privelege of driving his SRT-4 (modded, so it's pushing 300HP) and holy shit, that car is amazing.

in 6-7 yrs i'll definitely, DEFINITELY be getting something stupidly fast:)
 
My lincoln has 300 HP now and it may soon have about 450 if I can still get in on this deal for a blower.

but it won't do rally cross all that well, I give you that....
