2 weeks out from Photo Shoot. NEED ADVICE.

I am 7 weeks into the Crumcake/Keto/homemadelowcarb diet.

I have 2 more weeks before a photo shoot. Please give me any criticisms (good or bad) on what you see and more importantly diet and/or tips and tricks to do before photo shoot.

My diet has been as follows.
Carbs under 100 ED
Protein over 200 ED

This week I started to keep carbs under 50 ED cut out dairy and sodium.

I have heard many things like don't eat or drink 24 hours before photo shoot and then workout 3 hours before shoot and consume lots of carbs and protein immediately following workout.

I have also started taking tamaxofin for fluid.

I am considering the Prep H thing to rid more water. Anything else? Comments? Questions?
P.S. Remember this is for photo shoot, not bodybuilding. I try to gain size but I am the classic skinny fuck (Ectomorph I think it's called).

I'd do a carb rebound once a week and add some cardio if you don't do...what is your bf now ? cut all the carbs might be a bad idea if you have a high metabolism...do you have a slow or a high metabolism?
 
awesome cuts man. you must be around 6-7 percent bodyfat. great job!

the day before the photo shoot drink next to no water and eat complex carbs through the day no milk no dairy. im not an expert though but i would say go moderate on the carbs like around 300 .maybe u could get in a sauna or something too that day the next day your muscles will look real pumped up. im shure you will find better advice. try doing a search

i notice your cals are pretty low over 200 protien under 100 carbs....how many fats are you taking in???????are you doing cardio?

the only bad thing i would say is beef up the arms. but hell the rest of you looks top condition
 
are you natural by the way? i can get down to about 6.5-7 percent bodyfat if im lucky but i tend to feel like shit with low energy i get alot weaker at that percentage too. my incline was at about 245 max when i was around 6 but when i fattend up to around 12 my incline went to 315 max..... anyways how i s your strenght holdin up
 
My bodyfat usually gets between 6 and 7% this time of year (I do this every year at this time).

Yeah my fat intake is not low. I don't purposely take in high fats but on this diet, I don't look at fats at all.

My metabolism is high and my energy is shit. I have been having one carb-up day each week. Man I feel great and strong the day after carb up day.

I do cardio before breakfast 5 times a week for 45 minutes.

My stats are as follows

35 years old
5'11"
173 lbs.
6 - 7% bf
working out religiously for 10 years.

Thanks for the advice so far. That's some of the stuff I was looking for. I wasn't sure about how how many carbs and when to eat them before the shoot. Some say the day before. Some said 2 days before. Some said carb deplete the day before and take in carbs and protein a few hours before. Thanks for the sauna idea. I hadnt heard that one. Any theories on it?

question, what kinda of money do you make from shoots? how often do you do those? is it worth it?

the reason i ask, is because i have been aproached by a couple of agents in the last month, and they told me to come in to give it a try, i just dont know if its worth the time or not, hope you can help me with this one

you could also load up on some carbs about an hour before like about 250carbs. i say this because when i used to do refeeds after no carbing for a week i would look really pumped as soon as i ate some carbs. then when your about to do the photo shoot rep out some pushups and squats
 
also do maybe perhaps a full body workout then eat your carbs then take the photo shoot
 
that's exactly what i was thinking nclifter. working out about 3 hours before and then slamming down some carbs.

then pushups and other pumping exercising (bringing dumbells) to pump up right before.
