2 weeks in and impatient!

Cycle is

500 sust a week
25 mg Dbol ED

this is my first cycle, I gained 8lbs the first 8 days, then nothing, now I'm on day 15 thinking when is the Sust gonna start taking effect? I'm going into week three in the morning, I have heard thats when it starts........
 
3 weeks for me. I posted a concern on this last year and a fellow countryman of yours gave me good advice. As you are an American, I am going to return that advice...."Chill MoFo, its all good and as long as your calories, rest, and training is good, the Sus will look after itself"!! Good advice! Good luck Bro!

I'm sure your going to run your cycle for a good 12 weeks or more so you have a long time to go....We as newbies have a very bad habit of staring a the weight scale every day and gauging our gains based on that....There is a lot more to the overall transition than just swelling up like a ballon.....first comes strength....then comes growth....then comes actual weight....the best way to gauge your gains is by taking actually body part measurements....you can replace fat with muscle and not see the weight scale move....you can put on another 1/4 inch on your quads and not see the weight scale move....especially when you already weigh over 180lbs

If you've already gained 8lbs in the first 8 days....99% will say that it's all water retention....dbol and test when stacked together is known for that.....Also remember that for ever pound of muscle you put on....you also put on about 2lbs of intracellular fluid....after all muscle is about 80% water.....You're not going to just keep packing on weight day after day or week after week....nor do you want to because muscle takes time and if you are gaining that rapidly, you are gaining more fat and water than muscle........Focus on your diet...try to increase your total calorie intake by 100 every week.....in the gym, try to increase your weight by 10lbs or so every session......If you are doing this, then your gear is working....don't focus on the scale so much....get a tape measurer and measure each body part....and keep a log of your training sessions......if your muscles are getting stronger then growth will follow shortly thereafter.........

I,m just starting week 5 and only now am i gaining size and strength. Be patient dude. "If you inject it... They will come"

Thanks for the encouragement and sound advise, I weighed, measured and took pictures before so tracking progress should be pretty easy. I'm going to run the Sust at leat 10 weeks, 12 if I'm still improving after 10. I"m just so damn excited about the whole deal, I started out a 135lb beanpole, worked my ass off for four years naturally up to 170lbs, now I'm ready to finally see some real results. I have been eating like a madman sometimes 7 or eight times a day, anywhere between 4-6k calories :goof: I will keep everyone posted on my progress and post some before and after pics when itsall said and done, K for you hammertime.....

How did you cycle turn out??

Good. I put on a good solid 5kg of muscle (about 12 pounds I think). Solid muscle that was. As soon as the water goes, your left looking excellent. Will do a cycle like that again for sure.
