I heard it is better to shoot sust 3 times a week instead of 2. I am doin 750 a week right now. I am doin 2 injections a week on mon. and friday. so should i break it in to 3 injections a week . whats the benefits? if so what days?

i would inject it at least every mon, wed, and fri, I shoot it every other day while on sust

i have a buddy that injects sust only once a week ( against my advice), and he gets incredible results and minimal sides.
