Thanks Utler. Regarding the can you only use it while on question, I heard the antiandrogenic properties only were with long term use, any truth to that? Also, can you only use it 2 times a week?

ive read that you can use twice a week because it continues to work for days after use, i take no chances and use everyday especially when on.

i use eod.....no sides from it....i just throw it on like regular shampoo and let it sit while i wash all my other parts
