1st Winstrol Cycle

I have a 20ml vial of winstrol and need some suggestions on how much and how long I should take it for. Should I try and make it last 8weeks or shorten it to 6? I am 6'0 and weigh about 190lbs (bf% 15). I am looking to lose some fat and gain a little muscle in the process. Would creatine or any other legal supplement be beneficial while taking the winstrol?

you should be stacking it with something. Winny stacks well with a lot of things. I would recommend deca or EQ.
