1st TRI injection......

upper body is way easier for me comapred to reaching around and darting my glute
Well, judging by the pain of my delts after suspension injections....I don't even want to think about doing tris.......
I thought I moved the needle around too much the first time, trying to aspirate which is damn near impossible.....but last nights shot feels just as bad, and I had my gf do it for me, with no needle movement (the other delt of course)....
I could just imagine the sheer pain I would have after tricep injections......no thanks

I inject into about 4 different places on my tris...Thats all I ever use anymore and love it
ok...its been about 4 days since injecting 1 cc of Fina into my tri....swelling and pain is almost completly gone.
The pain never got too bad. I dont think i could have had a tri workout for about 2 days after....but i was able to do back, shoulders, and chest.
I think i'm going to take my tri injections the day of...and day after my tricep workout..
That way,....it will never bother me.
I'll keep you guys posted...

Question bro, why don't you just shoot into your quads? It's easy to aspirate and inject, no twisting (like glute shots) etc.???
You have room for several shots along a 3" window on the quad so you can alternate left and right and still not hit the exact same spot for a while.
My last fina shot gave me a slight itchy lump but it only lasted 3 days. Weird.....it's probably because I didn't wipe the area with alcohol first since I was in a rush. Dumb move.
