Hey guys,

After considering it for awhile, I have finally decided to try a cycle. I've been working out hard for about 2 years now, and over the last month or two I have felt like I have hit a plateau. I'm 5'11 and 145 pounds and my bench has pretty much stopped at 6 reps of 185 pounds, and I just can't seem to add any more weight to that. A friend of mine is up to speed with all the different options I have, and I finally decided on Winstrol. My goal isn't to become HUGE like some of you guys, I am already decently cut, and the "guns" aren't bad either, but I would like to get a little more jacked. He is setting me up on a 4 week cycle with one 50mg/day pill. Will this show any effects for me? I hit the gym hard 6 days a week... I was also told I'll have to start eating better, I am not a big eater at all, will this decrease the effects Winstrol will have on me or could it cause me any harm if I don't eat properly? Thanks in advance for any info you guys have for me!

you must EAT EAT EAT man especially if you want to grow....dont worry about having a 6 pack all year round....who sees your stomach besides maybe a girl or 2 during the winter?....you must be like a toothpick!


and no its not in your best interest to drink while on an ORAL cycle....you liver will hate you

Just try this for 3 months. Start packing on the calories and you will notice a big difference. Also what age are you? If you are 23 and below just your natural testosterone and a big healthy diet will be enough to give you a big increase in LBM. Try that and you will be happy you did
 
oh god...bro..if your not a "big eater" then that is part of your problem and not gaining...how old are you?? You need to check your diet and eat alot more then what you are now...by doing so you will see an increase in your wieght and lifts...STEROIDS ARE NOT "SPRING BREAK" MIRACLE CYCLES PEOPLE...and your going to start with Winny...to get HUGE.....not flaming you bro, but you have alot more research to do...trust me...
 
I agree with these guys. The reason you have hit a plateau is because you dont like to, and therefore, don't eat. You will notice huge gains by increasing your intake and protein. Aim for 3500-400 calories a day and save your money.
 
Yeah you still have plenty of growing left to do, but to grow you need to eat, eat, eat. You need to hold off on the cycle until you get your eating habits in check.
 
you are no where near ready for gear...@145 you must be eating like a woman..i dont mean to be harsh but the proper diet is needed with AAS as well..they are not magic pills youll need diet/training to be spot on..

i would start upping your cals slolwy getting in more protein and carbs..you should be eating 5-6 meals a day..work your way up to 300g of protein and up to 20xBW in cals and see if that helps you gain
 
Thanks for the advice guys! I appreciate it, my problem with eating started cuz I put on a bit of fatty weight like 2 years ago, and while I was taking the fat off I changed my diet completley, and now I rarely ever eat any shit that puts weight on me. (As wnt2bebeast said it, i prob do eat like a woman ahaha). I'm 19 now, I am 145, but if you were too look at me I look like I weigh more than that, as I do have quite a bit of muscle already, but just next to no fat. I guess I'll sit down and come up with a meal plan now, but do you guys suggest I hold off on this for a few weeks until my body becomes accustomed to the larger intake of food?

u need to hold off for a couple years. first u need to get the diet down and find what works for u with the diet and in the gym. no offense but 6 reps at 185lbs is not your gentic max. u need more time to figure your body out. there r plenty of people here to help u if u ask. u might not like what u hear at first but the more u learn the better off u will be. lots of luck
 
Get a note pad and write down what you eat tomorrow and when you eat it. Then post it up here. The more information you give us the better.
I wouldn't use AAS or prohormones right now. It sounds like you could pack on some serious muscle by tweeking your diet and adding in some protein shakes.
 
Sounds good guys, thanks for all the help! I'll definitly do that slat1, appreciate the amount of info you guys are giving me here! A buddy of mine was a bigger stick than I am, and over the last 3 months or so he has put on a crazy amount of muscle, using Winstrol, so thought if it worked for him than it would prob help me out at least a bit.

Gettnlarge, you think I should hold off for a few years? Shit haha I already paid to get this stuff, supposed to get it on Monday.
 
I would wait... You haven't even mentioned PCT! If you are dead set on running it you will need it as winstrol is going to shut you down!
Diet is number 1! Even before AAS!
