I've been working out for quite some time and have made some pretty good gains but got injured at work at the beginning of the year which has put an end to my weight training for the past months. Now I'm finally getting back into and would like to try a cycle. I have decent size 230lbs. 5'11". All the sitting around has put a few unwanted pounds around the waist that I'll be losing soon. What I'm looking to do is trim down the waist and really harden and define everything else. I'm not looking to get huge just try to stay about the same weight but a lot more muscular.Any help is appreciated.
