I've never tried primo before, but from all I've read about it, I'm planning on doing 10 weeks of it by itself at 400mg per week. I just want quality gain and to stay as cut as possible. I'm in my early 30's, 5'6, 160-165 lbs, 1st cycle in about 7-8 months.
What can I expect? Should I do more or less? Longer or shorter cycle? As always constructive input is very much appreciated.
